I was asked by the Hispanic Organization for Geneological Reseach (HOGAR) to write an exhibit hosted at the Latino Cultural Center in Dallas. “Honoring Our Ancestors: a 500-Year Journey Back to Hernan Cortes” ran for over a month, gave me the opportunity to learn about Mexico’s rich history and meet many wonderful people.
